Learning & Development Consultant

About the role

Brainlab is looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to shape the future of people development across its global operations. You will join the Talent Management team and help design, deliver and continuously improve learning architectures that support employee growth and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and refine scalable people development processes and learning architecture.
• Advance performance and development frameworks, including goal‑setting systems such as OKRs and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead end‑to‑end learning initiatives, from concept through rollout, handling operational and administrative tasks.
• Create, facilitate and deliver soft‑skill trainings, leadership coaching sessions and team workshops.
• Collaborate with external coaching firms and training providers to ensure quality and alignment.
• Measure training effectiveness, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Support HR systems implementation and ongoing development (e.g., LMS, talent management tools).
• Manage employee surveys and translate insights into actionable development measures.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration with an HR focus or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, preferably in an international or mid‑size corporate environment.
• Proven track record designing and scaling talent development approaches.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, leadership development and organizational design.

Required skills

• LMS (Learning Management System) implementation and administration.
