Learning & Development Specialist – Build Our Academy

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and lead our Academy, driving reskilling and AI upskilling across our global delivery teams. You will shape the L&D strategy from the ground up and partner with senior leaders to embed learning into performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the People & Culture team’s L&D specialist, collaborating with the CPO and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and own the L&D and reskilling strategy, delivering a clear current assessment and roadmap within the first three months.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery of upskilling plans, from planning through rollout.
• Design, build and run an Academy with career‑level learning journeys, including AI skills.
• Lead the AI reskilling programme together with the AI Transformation Lead, coordinating content design and delivery.
• Connect learning outcomes to performance metrics, competencies and career growth.
• Oversee external training partners, ensuring a lean, practical and high‑quality learning model.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing L&D, training or reskilling projects end‑to‑end.
• Proven track record of building and running an academy or structured learning journey.
• Background in a leading consultancy or professional services firm, preferably with exposure to AI upskilling.
• Willingness to learn and grow into the role, bringing core L&D expertise while developing CPM and AI specifics.
• Experience with skills mapping or performance management and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
