Learning Project Manager

About the role

The Learning Project Manager will plan, implement and evaluate learning projects across digital, classroom, blended and on‑the‑job formats. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business priorities while supporting an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate learning projects (digital, classroom, blended, on‑the‑job).
• Manage projects within scope, time, budget and business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants.
• Develop and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure consistent learning communication and documentation.
• Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3‑5 years of project management experience, ideally in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in instructional design.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1) and native‑level German.
• Enjoys structured, independent work and international teamwork.

• Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Instructional design expertise.
