About the role

IU International University seeks a freelance lecturer to deliver high‑impact courses on International Brand Management. Starting 01.10.2026, you will join a dynamic academic team in Berlin, shaping future marketers through practical, theory‑driven instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Teach core topics such as brand management, international branding, brand valuation, and trademark protection, ensuring strong practical relevance.
• Design and develop course materials based on the prescribed textbook, maintaining high academic standards.
• Conduct on‑site lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for up to 40 students, fostering an interactive learning environment.
• Correct examinations and provide constructive feedback to support student development.
• Guide students in applying theoretical concepts to real‑world marketing challenges.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, International Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in brand management or related areas.
• Initial teaching experience (e.g., tutor, lecturer, research assistant) is desirable.
• Strong interest in innovative, digital, and modern education methods.
• Fluent English (C1 level CEFR) for instruction and communication.
