Legal Advisor & Labor Relations Manager

About the role

Elektrobit is seeking a Legal Advisor & Labor Relations Manager to support its HR and management teams across multiple German locations. You will play a key role in handling employment law matters, ensuring compliance, and shaping labor relations strategies within a leading automotive software company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct court hearings related to employment law.
• Provide legal support for HR projects, management, and supervisors throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Handle collective labor law issues and collaborate with HR to ensure compliant labor‑relations strategies.
• Negotiate and draft works agreements in cooperation with the works council.
• Establish and maintain legally compliant processes with the works council and relevant committees.
• Monitor changes in employment law and works‑council practice, advising on necessary policy adjustments.
• Support training for HR and management on works‑council relations and legal updates.

Required profile

• Law degree with a state examination or comparable qualification; additional HR or employment‑law certifications are a plus.
• Several years of professional experience in German labor law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm, including work with works councils.
• Strong negotiation and mediation abilities.
• Team‑player with a process‑oriented, structured work style.
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
