Legal Operations Expert – FinTech

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Operations Expert to join Riverty’s legal team in one of our European locations. In this role you will drive operational excellence by combining legal expertise with technology and data‑driven processes, helping the company deliver scalable, efficient legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch digital self‑service tools for business teams to access legal guidance.
• Identify, standardise and automate legal processes using lean principles.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor legal‑operations performance.
• Develop low‑code/no‑code solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Bryter) to automate workflows.
• Act as liaison between Legal, IT and business units, translating legal requirements into technical specifications.
• Support cross‑functional digital‑transformation projects that improve efficiency across the organisation.

Required profile

• Experience working in legal operations or a similar role within an international environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping a clear overview.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders from different countries and functions.
