About the role

Riverty is seeking a Legal Operations Expert to join its legal team and drive operational excellence across the business. The role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and business, focusing on scaling legal service delivery through automation, digital self‑service tools, and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital self‑service solutions for business teams.
• Identify and execute process‑improvement and automation opportunities using lean principles.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to increase transparency in legal operations.
• Design and deploy low‑code/no‑code solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Bryter) to automate legal workflows.
• Act as a bridge between Legal, IT, and business units, translating legal requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and manage cross‑functional projects that advance digital transformation and operational efficiency.
