Legal Partner – Immigration Law Attorney

About the role

Blue Card Agency is seeking a qualified German lawyer to become a strategic legal partner focused on immigration and integration matters. The role involves building a dedicated legal practice within the agency and working closely with a team of experts to support clients throughout the migration process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the legal division and supervise a team of approximately 10 specialists.
• Manage and coordinate immigration cases from intake to resolution.
• Develop internal processes, legal strategies and best‑practice guidelines.
• Provide legal consultations, procedural work and client support on migration issues.
• Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the agency.

Required profile

• Admission to the German bar (Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt) and a Volljurist qualification.
• Independent practitioner based in Germany (not employed by a law firm or agency).
• Fluent in German and Russian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum of one year experience in immigration law (Ausländerrecht), junior candidates with strong motivation are also welcome.
