Legal Working Student (All Genders) – Renewable Energy

About the role

Join Q ENERGY, a leading European green‑energy company, as a Legal Working Student. You will support the legal team in day‑to‑day corporate housekeeping, business development, and contract administration while gaining hands‑on experience in the renewable‑energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain corporate registries, create SPVs, and update organizational charts and asset‑management Excel files.
• Assist business‑development activities by preparing re‑transfer contracts, updating legal templates, and conducting legal research.
• Manage invoice processes, coordinate law‑firm engagements, and support internal approval workflows together with Finance, Treasury, and IT.
• Prepare and dispatch documents for signatures, ensuring alignment with other paralegals.
• Provide general legal support, including contract assistance, vendor communication, and ongoing research.

Required profile

• Enrolled law‑related student (m/f/d) with at least 12 months remaining of study.
• First relevant experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Business‑fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
