Über die Position

Ein moderner und dynamischer Bereich sucht eine aufgestellte, flexible und motivierte Person, die die medizinische Kodierung weiterentwickelt und neu denkt. Die Stelle ist ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung mit 80 bis 100 % verfügbar.

Hauptaufgaben

Fachliche und personelle Leitung der medizinischen Kodierung
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie Aufbau einer modernen, effizienten Kodierung
Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen und korrekten Kodierung
Ansprechpartner/in für Ärzte, Pflege und weitere Fachbereiche
Coaching und Unterstützung des Teams im Alltag

Anforderungsprofil

Fähigkeitsausweis Medizinische Kodierung zwingend erforderlich
Erfahrung in der medizinischen Kodierung sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
Hohe IT-Affinität, Flexibilität und Freude an Veränderung
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
