Logistics Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to coordinate the global transportation of industrial materials on our AI‑driven platform. You will ensure timely deliveries, manage third‑party relationships and help expand our trade lanes across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and guarantee prompt deliveries aligned with customer needs.
• Manage communication with third‑party carriers, customs agents and other partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and open new trade lanes by establishing partnerships with suppliers and logistics providers worldwide.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable service.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Procurement, Product, Growth and Engineering teams.
• Utilise Salesforce for logistics management, KPI tracking and reporting.
• Continuously improve processes and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven use of KPIs and CRM systems.
• Fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
• Experience scaling logistics operations across multiple countries.
