Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

Shein is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee customs operations for both B2B and B2C imports across Europe. Based in Frankfurt, the role will coordinate with domestic customs teams, European customs authorities and external brokers to ensure smooth cross‑border shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and escalate B2B import declaration customs issues, assessing and categorising problems, following SOPs and coordinating solutions with the domestic customs team.
• Handle and escalate B2C import declaration customs issues, working with customs brokers, following SOPs and driving resolution.
• Collect and provide local customs regulations and related materials to the domestic customs department.
• Arrange communication with European customs authorities and brokers, and manage implementation of solutions.
• Provide pre‑emptive warnings and alerts based on local conditions and unexpected issues.
• Summarise and systematise European customs operations, continuously updating and improving SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in European cross‑border e‑commerce customs operations.
• Minimum 3 years experience in European traditional general‑trade customs operations.
• Strong analytical ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills for coordination with teams, service providers and customs authorities.
• Pragmatic, diligent and results‑oriented work ethic.
