Logistics Specialist – E‑commerce & Amazon Operations

About the role

As a Logistics Specialist at SumUp you will own the end‑to‑end logistics flow for Amazon and other e‑commerce channels. You will ensure orders are processed smoothly, inventory stays accurate and returns are handled efficiently, all while maintaining a high level of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and streamline Amazon logistics processes for greater efficiency and reliability.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to minimise disruptions.
• Proactively manage expectations and monitor the Amazon transport portal to anticipate issues.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, sales teams, PMOs, and B2B partners.
• Negotiate with freight partners to secure cost‑effective transport capacity across regions.
• Use SAP logistics modules, Tableau, Google Sheets and Excel to monitor shipments, analyse performance and automate reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in Amazon logistics or large‑scale e‑commerce fulfillment (FBA/FBM or similar).
• Proficiency with SAP logistics modules, WMS, TMS, Tableau, Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to work across the logistics chain, driving cost savings and improving delivery performance.
• Solid understanding of Lean methodology or other process‑improvement frameworks.
• Resilience and adaptability in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong prioritisation and time‑management skills.
