Logistics Supervisor – Integrated Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead daily logistics activities and ensure seamless end‑to‑end supply chain management. The role combines warehouse, transportation, customs, and supplier coordination while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, transportation planning, customs clearance, documentation, and tracking for customers.
• Oversee warehouse operations, logistics network optimization, and support supply‑chain planning for new projects.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and customer‑specific requirements.
• Monitor project profitability (P&L) and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and business partners; lead negotiations to reduce costs.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain customer master data, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Lead the Integrated Logistics Operations team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and foster cross‑department collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese, German and English (written and spoken).
