M&A Discovery & Execution Consultant (Senior) – Germany

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking a senior‑level M&A Discovery & Execution Consultant to support integration and separation programmes across the full deal lifecycle. The role involves working closely with programme leads, workstream owners and client stakeholders to translate deal objectives into actionable plans and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support technology and operational due‑diligence activities, including data gathering, analysis and synthesis of findings.
• Identify key risks, dependencies and value drivers across business and technology domains.
• Develop structured outputs such as assessment reports, findings packs and executive summaries.
• Assist in creating Day‑1 readiness plans, integration hypotheses and post‑close stabilisation activities.
• Track progress across multiple workstreams, manage milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Resolve issues and maintain programme momentum in collaboration with delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability and structured thinking.
• Experience delivering M&A integration or separation programmes.
• Ability to work across business and technology domains and manage ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior client stakeholders.
