Maintenance Technician – Bavaria (Field Service)

About the role

Join Scheidt & Bachmann’s Parking Solutions business unit as a Maintenance Technician serving the Bavaria region. You will be responsible for on‑site technical maintenance of our parking and mobility products, ensuring they operate safely and reliably according to manufacturer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical, electronic and mechanical components in the field.
• Conduct DGUV V3 safety tests to certify product compliance.
• Travel extensively across the Bavaria area, with 50‑70% of work involving overnight stays.
• Provide customer‑oriented service, troubleshooting issues directly at the site.

Required profile

• Vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics.
• Strong PC knowledge of both software and hardware.
• Enjoyment of hands‑on mechanical work and independent service activities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
• Class B driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
