Managing Director / Country Manager – Germany (Technical Services)

About the role

We are seeking a Managing Director / Country Manager to lead our German subsidiary, a €15 million B2B technical services business. This interim assignment, based in northern Germany, offers the chance to transition into a permanent leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the German subsidiary, overseeing both commercial and operational functions.
• Drive business development to significantly increase revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the technical services portfolio.
• Promote and expand service offerings, including maintenance and metrology solutions.
• Manage local operational and technical teams, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with Group leadership on overall growth strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent German (native or bilingual) with a strong local presence.
• Extensive B2B business development experience in technical services.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Experience managing a business unit or subsidiary with €15‑50 million revenue.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Fluent English for group communication.
