About the role

Join Bosch's international sales team and support the development of innovative products, software, and services for Mercedes‑Benz. This mandatory internship offers hands‑on experience in sales, innovation, and project management within a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

Own selected project‑management topics, including planning, tracking, and execution with international teams.
Monitor milestones, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure structured delivery of activities.
Prepare materials for customer meetings, management presentations, and strategic decision‑making.
Contribute ideas on leveraging AI and digitalisation to improve efficiency and innovation.

Required profile

Enrolled in a university program in Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration or a comparable field.
Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset, effective communication, and flexibility in teamwork.
Very good command of German and English.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini.
