Manufacturing Laborer

About the role

The Manufacturing Laborer supports the production of custom, engineered-to-order combustion systems. You will work hands‑on with refractory materials, assemble system components, apply finishes, and prepare products for shipment while adhering to engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Mix and prepare refractory materials, set up molds, pour and monitor curing.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and maintain equipment.
• Assemble combustion system components using hand and power tools according to drawings.
• Prepare surfaces, apply coatings and paint, and ensure proper curing.
• Package finished products, weigh, crate, label, and complete shipping documentation.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform in‑process and final quality checks and report any defects or safety concerns.

Required profile

• Certified apprenticeship applicable to the work.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial labor.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Physical ability to lift, perform repetitive tasks, and work safely in a shop environment.
• Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
