Manufacturing Production Worker – Transformers (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Würth Elektronik Midcom’s high‑tech manufacturing team in Munich as a Production Worker. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art test and inspection equipment to produce low‑power transformers and ensure optimal production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce transformers (up to 400 W) and perform electrical and mechanical parameter measurements.
• Develop and implement solutions to manufacturing problems during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformer projects.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify and eliminate errors to keep production lines running smoothly.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components.
• Knowledge of testing specifications for transformers and inductors.
• Very good proficiency with MS Excel.
• Business‑fluent English; German is an advantage.
