Manufacturing Quality Engineer – 3 Positions

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking three Manufacturing Quality Engineers to join its Norderstedt site in Germany. In this position you will work at the intersection of manufacturing, quality and compliance, supporting product and process changes throughout the lifecycle of commercialised healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and process activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Apply Quality Engineering tools and methodologies to develop, transfer, implement and maintain products and processes.
• Participate in risk management, process validation, process control and change‑management activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and project teams on investigations, corrective and preventive actions and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain inspection readiness and contribute to the effective operation of the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical information.
• Understanding of risk management, process validation and change‑control concepts.
