Market Manager

About the role

Expedia Group is seeking a Market Manager to grow a segment of its portfolio by managing existing accounts and deepening partnerships. You will analyze business performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure smooth service delivery for active accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of travel advertising accounts.
• Analyze operational performance to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Handle service delivery, communicating technical and operational impacts.
• Execute account strategies and share best practices across teams and regions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on product recommendations and contractual terms.

Required profile

• Build strong relationships with key buyers and decision‑makers.
• Identify and create growth opportunities through meetings and fact‑finding sessions.
• Report customer business issues through appropriate channels.
• Understand financial impact of decisions and contribute to business cases.
• Navigate contract negotiation processes and partner with legal resources when needed.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and German.
• Effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
• Experience in portfolio management, account relationship management, upselling and cross‑selling.
