Marketing Executive – DACH Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to lead our influencer marketing efforts across the DACH region. You will shape strategy, build relationships with creators, and boost brand visibility for our Asian beauty and lifestyle portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals.
• Identify, engage and collaborate with relevant YouTube, Instagram and TikTok creators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Maintain long‑term partnerships, ensuring a high‑quality experience for influencers.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan and launch campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between YesStyle and influencer partners.
• Prepare regular performance reports and track key metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with influencer or KOL programs.
• Proven experience working with influencers in the DACH market.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
