Marketing Field Operations Manager

About the role

Stark is looking for a senior Marketing Field Operations Manager to join its communications team in Berlin. You will report to the Head of Brand and help drive end‑to‑end campaign and event activations for a fast‑growing defence technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee marketing campaigns and event activations from concept to debrief, managing timelines, budgets and cross‑functional coordination.
• Apply a data‑driven approach: ensure every activation has a clear brief, an owner, a budget and a post‑mortem analysis.
• Manage media placements across defence, digital and on‑site channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate live hardware demonstrations, handling regulatory requirements for moving defence equipment.
• Support recruiting and employer‑branding initiatives as the company scales.

Required profile

• Several years of project‑management experience delivering campaigns, events or complex programmes in demanding environments.
• Strong organisational skills, calm under deadline pressure and rigorous budget discipline.
• Background in regulated sectors such as defence, aerospace, automotive or government.
• Passion for next‑generation defence technology that is software‑defined, AI‑driven and mass‑scalable.
• Proven ability to work from written briefs without waiting for meetings.
