Marketing Intern – New Verticals & Retail Partnerships

About the role

Join Wolt’s New Verticals & Retail Partnerships team as a Marketing Intern in Berlin. You will work on two hyper‑local partner projects, shaping co‑marketing strategies that drive real customer growth for non‑grocery retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define problems, map opportunities and propose data‑informed approaches.
• Research best practices and gather insights to shape solutions.
• Develop scalable frameworks, processes and materials.
• Collaborate with commercial, account management and brand teams.
• Test, measure, iterate and present findings at key checkpoints.

Required profile

• Final‑year student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Genuine interest in marketing, retail or platform businesses.
• Data‑driven mindset, using numbers to inform decisions.
• Structured thinker able to turn ambiguity into clear plans.

Required skills

• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
