Marketing Manager – European Category Growth

About the role

Whatnot is the leading livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Marketing Manager you will own the growth of a product category across European markets, shaping how the company scales categories continent‑wide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition for the assigned category through campaigns, events and community‑focused initiatives.
• Build and manage a roster of influencers and creators, treating influencer marketing as a core performance channel.
• Develop high‑performing paid‑media content in partnership with the creative team.
• Plan and execute digital and in‑person events with sellers and internal teams to boost awareness and supply‑demand metrics.
• Measure marketing effectiveness using data, refine strategies and create EU‑wide playbooks.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in consumer or category marketing, preferably in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing and performance‑driven campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Must reside within commuting distance of either London, UK or Berlin, Germany.
