Marketing Manager (Germany)

About the role

TVS Motor is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive its European expansion, focusing on brand visibility and customer acquisition in Germany. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital and offline channels, working closely with the Head of Marketing Europe, the Country Manager and the dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver local and regional marketing plans aligned with head‑office strategy to grow the brand and acquire customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design and launch localized campaigns, ensuring compliance with EU and corporate guidelines.
• Plan, execute and monitor on‑ and offline advertising, promotional activities and digital marketing initiatives.
• Define and implement digital strategies, manage the conversion funnel, generate leads and increase online visibility.
• Create and publish editorial content (press releases, videos, infographics, blog posts, product pages) and run email marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and support dealer marketing efforts.
• Track key performance indicators, report on campaign effectiveness and optimise ROI.
• Oversee marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies, media partners and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a 360° marketing role with a strong understanding of web and digital ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing regional or multi‑location marketing activities across diverse markets.
• Hands‑on background in dealer marketing, digital marketing, social media and customer engagement.
• Track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth.
