Marketing Manager

About the role

Snap Inc is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Hamburg office. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, International in London, you will work closely with the DACH General Manager and cross‑functional teams across EMEA to shape and execute marketing programs that drive Snap’s business objectives in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the DACH marketing strategy and planning, balancing business‑focused and consumer‑focused initiatives.
• Create and launch campaigns, success stories, thought‑leadership content, partnerships, workshops and events that communicate Snap’s value proposition to businesses.
• Collaborate with global brand, creative and product teams to produce culturally relevant, integrated marketing assets.
• Partner with Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Communications, Marketing Science and Sales to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
• Represent Snap Marketing in internal forums and influence key market decisions.
• Work with EMEA marketing leads to localise global programs and share best practices.
• Develop market insights for senior leadership and refine future brand positioning.
• Measure ROI and effectiveness of all marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations.
• Experience leading marketing strategy in the DACH region.
• Strong influence skills without direct authority.
