Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to lead and continuously improve marketing activities for Indra Germany and its core business units. You will ensure that all communications align with Group guidelines and corporate identity while supporting business development and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise marketing programmes for the German market.
• Maintain consistent corporate identity across digital and print channels, coordinating production with internal and external partners.
• Build and manage social‑media presence, creating platform‑specific content.
• Plan, prepare and coordinate participation in national and international trade fairs and industry events.
• Support marketing projects, producing presentations, materials and graphic content.
• Maintain website content and commercial documentation repositories.
• Assist in budgeting, timeline management and resource tracking for marketing activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in a corporate B2B marketing role, preferably in technology, aerospace or defence.
• Strong understanding of corporate branding and experience applying brand guidelines.
• Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with local teams, business units and international headquarters.
• Willingness to travel between Cologne, Langen/Frankfurt and Friedrichshafen.
