Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (d/m/w) SMD-Bestückung

About the role

The position involves operating and maintaining the surface‑mount technology (SMD) placement line for electronic components. You will act as a liaison for production planning and ensure smooth line performance in a shift‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Program, operate and maintain the SMD placement line, including minor repairs.
• Upgrade and optimise equipment libraries for new components.
• Create and verify production and setup lists together with the functional manager.
• Validate manufacturing orders for correctness and completeness before component preparation and placement.
• Analyse line disturbances, provide first‑level support and troubleshoot SMD equipment.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician or industrial mechanic.
• Understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and experience with SMD placement.
• Proficiency in SAP for production order handling.
• Independent, reliable, solution‑oriented work style with high flexibility and team communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and fluent German language skills.
