Master Trainer – Reformer Pilates (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Master Trainers to deliver high‑quality Reformer Pilates education across Europe, the Middle East and the Benelux region. The role combines in‑person and virtual instruction, supporting the growth of our brand while mentoring the next generation of Pilates professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Reformer Pilates training programs to groups of up to 10 instructors, both on‑site and online.
• Facilitate sessions using the approved Your Reformer curriculum while adapting to diverse learning needs.
• Record attendance, track training completion and provide detailed feedback to the Education Team.
• Support students outside scheduled sessions through LMS queries, Zoom Q&A groups and constructive feedback.
• Travel within the assigned region as required to conduct instructor training.
• Stay current with industry trends, teaching methodologies and best practices in Reformer Pilates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Reformer Pilates educator or trainer.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable speaking to groups.
• Ability to create a positive, confidence‑building learning environment.
• Professional demeanor representing the Your Reformer brand.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
