Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to create innovative mechanical systems for AI‑driven robots used in industrial environments such as warehouses and factories. You will work closely with electrical and software teams to ensure seamless integration and deliver manufacturable, cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and components for AI‑driven robots.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for fabrication using CAD tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate mechanical parts with electrical and software systems.
• Conduct mechanical simulations, performance testing, and prototype validation.
• Optimize designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Travel up to approximately 25% of the time for site visits and testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in robotics or automation.
• Experience with industrial design or special‑purpose machinery is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Understanding of mechanical testing and prototyping processes.
• Strong knowledge of material properties, manufacturing methods, and system integration.
