About the role

We are looking for a Mechatronics/Electronics Service Technician to perform on‑site maintenance, repairs and customer support for elevators. The role combines technical work on lift equipment with proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing quality service, accurate on‑site communication (ETA, job performed) and real-time reporting.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage site environment during service operations, identify risks, and follow escalation procedures when necessary.
• Handle stock management, including inventory, spare part requests and tool maintenance.
• Document work performed, submit timesheets and raise sales leads to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Familiarity with lift technology and willingness to attend training provided by KONE.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, site contacts and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude, capable of identifying risks and taking immediate action.
• Readiness to support colleagues through coaching or training when required.
