Medical Assistant – Clinical & Administrative Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join a modern healthcare practice. The role combines administrative duties with hands‑on clinical tasks, ensuring smooth patient flow and high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations: schedule appointments, handle reception, process billing, and answer phone inquiries.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures such as ECGs, stress tests, continuous ECG/blood‑pressure monitoring, and pulmonary function tests.
• Administer vaccinations, perform phlebotomy, operate DXA scanners, deliver infusions, and carry out occupational health screenings.
• Prepare patients for consultations and follow up to maintain efficient clinic operations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant or equivalent qualification.
• Open to newly qualified professionals with medical training.
• Strong teamwork, empathy, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to balance administrative and clinical responsibilities effectively.
