Medical Director – Germany Launch

About the role

MissionNeko is building a preventive‑care platform that combines proprietary technology with direct clinical services. As the Medical Director for Germany, you will be the senior clinical leader responsible for establishing the company’s presence in one of Europe’s most complex healthcare markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regulatory pathway for the German launch, ensuring compliance with EU MDR, BfArM registration, GmbH setup, and state health‑authority licensing.
• Hold the statutory role of Ärztlicher Leiter and maintain the Approbation for all clinic operations in Germany.
• Develop and implement the clinical governance framework, including policies, risk registers, incident review processes, and alignment with German legal requirements.
• Build, coach, and manage the German clinical team, embedding performance management, clinical supervision, and continuous training.
• Collaborate with operational, People, and international medical leadership to align strategy, quality standards, and member experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior clinical leadership experience, preferably as a medical director or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of German healthcare regulations, EU MDR, and BfArM processes.
• Track record of establishing clinical teams and governance structures in new markets.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with regulatory, operational, and product teams.
