Member Support Team Leader – Health & Wellness Club

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Member Support Team Leader to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. Reporting to the Member Support Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Member Support Advisors, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver world‑class service to our club members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Member Support Advisors.
• Monitor team performance and manage daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Handle high‑level escalated member queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Schedule and work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends as required.

• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Commercial acumen and ability to make empathetic decisions.
• Willingness to work varied shift patterns.
