MICE Coordinator – Groups & Events

About the role

The MICE Coordinator will join the Commercial Team at Taj Hessischer Hof Frankfurt, supporting the Commercial Director and the team responsible for groups, meetings, events, and sales. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment and the chance to manage your own projects.

Key responsibilities

• Process and coordinate inquiries for groups, meetings and events.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, function sheets/BEOs and event schedules.
• Liaise with clients, agencies and internal departments such as Rooms, F&B, Finance and Operations.
• Organise meeting rooms, technical equipment, catering and overall event logistics.
• Maintain relevant data in the PMS/CRM and generate reports.
• Handle deposit and final invoicing.
• Support site inspections, client visits and sales activities.
• Provide on‑site assistance during events and group arrivals.
• Take ownership of smaller projects within the Commercial Team.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Completed vocational training or university degree – career starters welcome.
• Interest in sales, marketing and commercial processes.
• Team‑oriented, organized, flexible and service‑minded.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud (preferred).
