About the Role

Join Westwing as a Creative Visual Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity. You will work closely with the Graphics team to develop high-impact visual assets for daily campaigns, blending traditional design excellence with cutting-edge AI technologies to drive brand engagement and awareness.

Main Missions

• Develop high-impact visual assets for daily campaigns across all digital channels.
• Leverage AI-based imaging technologies to transform creative briefs into premium visual content.
• Manage the full lifecycle of visual assets, from initial concept and layout to final online deployment.
• Ensure strict visual consistency and uphold the Westwing Design System across all brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize creative workflows and ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Deliver a high volume of quality assets under tight deadlines while maintaining uncompromising attention to detail.

Profile Required

• Over 3 years of professional experience in a creative environment (Fashion, Design, or Brand Communication).
• University degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization and workflow efficiency.
• Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to premium quality standards.
