Midlevel Designer – Creative Team

About the role

Highsnobiety is seeking a Midlevel Designer to join its Creative team in Berlin. You will work on a mix of client, agency, and brand projects, translating creative direction into compelling visual solutions across digital, print, motion, and spatial formats.

Key responsibilities

• Support concept development and execution for client and agency work, with occasional brand‑led initiatives.
• Produce design outputs such as presentations, layouts, social assets, campaign visuals, and basic motion.
• Develop layout and typographic systems under senior guidance.
• Conduct visual research, create mood boards, and generate initial design explorations.
• Prepare design files for presentation and production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, producers, and project managers.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a design role, internship, or equivalent freelance practice.
• Strong foundational skills in layout and typography.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Basic motion design skills (a plus).
