Mindfulness Instructor – Flexible Hours

About the role

More and more people are incorporating mindfulness into their daily lives to improve their well-being, reduce stress, and develop greater self-awareness. At Nachhilfeunterricht.de, we are looking for Mindfulness Instructors to provide private sessions and support students of all experience levels on their mindfulness journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised mindfulness sessions tailored to each student's needs and goals.
• Teach mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, relaxation methods, and meditation practices.
• Design customised exercises to promote well-being, focus, and emotional balance.
• Monitor students' progress and adapt sessions to support their development.

Required profile

• Training or experience in Mindfulness, Meditation, or a related discipline.
• No previous teaching experience required.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for helping others improve their well-being and personal growth.

What we offer
