Mobile Application Developer – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Mobile Application Developer to join BJAK’s AI‑powered Neobank team. The role is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in Germany. You will help design, build, and ship high‑quality mobile experiences for our growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and improve existing ones for Android, iOS, or cross‑platform mobile apps.
• Own the end‑to‑end product flow from problem definition to shipped experience.
• Collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to deliver reliable customer‑facing functionality.
• Monitor production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behaviour to continuously improve app quality.
• Raise standards for mobile UX, reliability and performance across the product.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping production mobile apps used by real users.
• Strong product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and solve debugging or production issues.
• Clear evidence of shipped work (app links, GitHub repos, screenshots, or project descriptions).
