Mobile Game Unity Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Game Unity Developer to join our fast‑paced, product‑driven team in Germany. You will build and evolve high‑quality mobile games that reach millions of players worldwide, working across the full development lifecycle from prototype to live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core gameplay systems in Unity for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, producers, and engineers to turn concepts into polished experiences.
• Write clean, scalable C# code and apply software‑engineering best practices.
• Profile and optimise performance, resolve crashes and platform‑specific issues.
• Implement UI, animations, visual effects, and audio integration.
• Contribute to build pipelines, deployment processes and continuous workflow improvement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and testing to ensure reliable releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interactive Media or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Unity mobile game development, with at least two shipped titles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Unity engine (UI, animations, prefabs, asset management, audio).
• C# programming and object‑oriented design.
• iOS and Android development.
• 2D and 3D mobile game development.
• Performance optimisation and profiling tools.
• Debugging, client‑server communication (APIs, WebSockets).
