Near Patient Nurse (Hybrid) – Stuttgart Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced hospital nurse to join our team as a Near Patient Nurse in the Stuttgart region. The position combines on‑site hospital visits with remote work, offering a predictable schedule, no night shifts, and the chance to collaborate with international medical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a clinical link between German hospitals and international medical teams, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Manage clinical cases, monitor inpatient care, and support safe discharge planning.
• Produce structured medical reports in English and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Advise patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and navigation of the German healthcare system, offering bilingual support.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and contribute to quality assessments.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger) with at least 3 years of bedside experience in an inpatient setting.
• Active registration to practice in Germany.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, independent work style and accountability.
• Comfortable using digital documentation systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
