Near Patient Nurse – Hybrid – Wiesbaden Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced hospital nurse to join our Near Patient Nurse team on a hybrid basis. The role combines on‑site visits to hospitals in the Wiesbaden region with remote coordination of international medical teams, offering a predictable schedule and improved work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a clinical liaison between German hospitals and international stakeholders, ensuring continuity of care.
• Monitor inpatient care, manage clinical cases, and produce accurate medical reports in English.
• Communicate directly with physicians and nursing teams, providing clear updates to overseas partners.
• Coordinate safe discharge plans and support patients in navigating the German healthcare system.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers, contributing to quality assessments.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger) with at least 3 years of bedside experience in an acute‑care hospital.
• Active registration to practice in Germany.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, independent work style, and willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Proficiency with digital documentation systems.
