New Product Introduction Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a New Product Introduction Engineer to drive the launch of third‑party devices and OEM products into our manufacturing lines in Böblingen, Germany. You will work closely with internal functions and external suppliers to ensure smooth transition from development to production.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce new developments into production in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Serve as the technical interface for suppliers, handling clarifications and approvals.
• Support qualification and development of new suppliers.

Required profile

• Experience with OEM products, preferably in the medical technology field.
• Understanding of complex supply chains and product structures.
• Background in regulated environments, both internal production and supplier management.
• Knowledge of quality management tools such as FMEA, APQP, IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Proven ability to work in international, cross‑functional teams and manage conflicts.
• Project‑management experience with internal and external partners (Tier 1‑n).
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
• Completed technical studies in electronics or electrical engineering.
