Night Auditor

About the role

Sulbi Hospitality Services is looking for a Night Auditor to join its Frankfurt team. The role is on‑site and covers late‑night front‑desk operations, ensuring guests receive courteous service while maintaining financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑ins and check‑outs during night hours.
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash and credit‑card payments.
• Prepare end‑of‑day reports and verify room charges.
• Update reservation data and guest information in the property management system.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve guest inquiries and issues.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Experience in front‑desk, reception or night‑audit duties, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Accurate cash‑handling abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work night shifts independently.
• Reliability, problem‑solving capability and respect for confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
• Basic computer application skills.
