Office Management & HR Working Student (14-20h/week)

About the role

Join Planet A Foods, a fast‑growing food‑tech startup, as a Working Student supporting the People & Culture team. You will be the operational backbone of the office in Planegg/Munich, handling HR tools and day‑to‑day office logistics while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Personio super‑user: audit workflows, clean employee data and standardise HR templates.
• Manage onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth first‑day experience for new hires.
• Support recruiting by coordinating interviews, screening applications and handling candidate communication.
• Maintain daily office operations, including mail, supplies, snack/drink deliveries and other team benefits.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, from small cultural initiatives to larger celebrations.
• Handle merchandise ordering and organisation for the team.
• Take ownership of small projects and process‑improvement initiatives as they arise.

Required profile

• Previous HR or back‑office experience through at least one internship or working‑student role.
• Hands‑on experience with Personio and a solid understanding of workflow mapping and data management.
• Reliable on‑site presence in Munich‑Planegg on agreed working days.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Fluent communication in both English and German.
• Currently enrolled in a university program with 14–20 hours per week availability.
