Office Manager

About the role

Sobi is seeking an Office Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused operation of its office. The role combines facilities oversight, equipment management, vendor coordination, and frontline support for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage meeting rooms, office facilities, and workplace setup, including hardware installation and employee onboarding.
• Oversee fleet support in collaboration with HR and the Fleet Manager.
• Maintain inventory of computers, mobile phones, and office equipment; order and track supplies.
• Coordinate technical requirements for office and meeting operations (internet, power, telecommunications).
• Serve as primary contact for external service providers and vendors.
• Provide proactive support to senior management and staff on all office‑related matters.
• Handle incoming calls, reception duties, visitor hospitality, and mail processing.
• Manage petty cash, procure consumables, and verify invoices.
• Organize contractors, tradespeople, and special projects such as new workstations and office signage.
• Plan internal events, including the annual summer party.
