Offshore Service Technician – Wind Turbine Maintenance

About the role

Join Vattenfall's Offshore O&M Delivery team for the Nordlicht Cluster and become a permanent member of the operations & maintenance organisation. You will work on the cutting‑edge 15 MW V236 Vestas turbines, rotating between offshore platforms on a shift‑based schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on turbine foundations and the wind turbines to keep them in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Escalate technical issues and collaborate with Vattenfall support functions.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to Wind Turbine Safety Regulations (WTSR).

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanics.
• Professional experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work shifts, physically fit and able to work at altitude and offshore.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and structured work approach.
