Online Finance Business Partner

About the role

As an Online Finance Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to the Digital business, turning complex financial data into actionable insights that drive performance, profitability and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Digital business leaders to provide financial insight for commercial decisions.
• Analyse online business performance, identifying revenue, margin and profitability drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate investments, commercial opportunities and business cases to enable sustainable growth.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate them into clear actions.
• Deliver engaging performance reporting that empowers stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A and wider Finance teams to ensure alignment across planning, reporting and commercial priorities.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting, analysis and business‑partnering processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering or a similar finance role.
• Experience in the iGaming or online betting industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to support budgeting, forecasting and investment decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
